This power storage device (10) comprises a power storage element (200), a bus bar (420), and a substrate (500). The bus bar (420) has a first plate-shaped section (422a) and a second plate-shaped section (422b) which are two plate-shaped parts that penetrate the substrate (500). The first plate-shaped section (422a) faces a first direction, and the second plate-shaped section (422b) faces a second direction intersecting the first direction.
