The present application belongs to the technical field of manufacturing of power supply apparatuses, and relates to a power supply apparatus and an electric apparatus. Provided in the present application is a power supply apparatus, comprising: at least one power source portion, each power source portion being provided with at least one battery cell; and a temperature collection module, which comprises a support and a temperature collection unit, the support being used for relatively fixing the temperature collection module and the power source portion, the temperature collection unit being arranged on the support, and the temperature collection unit being configured to form a heat-conduction connection with the power source portion, so as to collect temperature-related information of the power source portion, wherein the support and the temperature collection unit are integrally formed. The power supply apparatus is simple to assemble and compact in terms of structure, and has a relatively high energy density. Further provided in the present application is an electric apparatus, which comprises the power supply apparatus.
