Abstract:
Provided are: a receiving unit (71) that receives, via communication, supply bids for renewable energy power from a supply side of renewable energy power and demand bids for renewable energy power from a demand side of renewable energy power; a matching unit (72) that matches received supply bids with demand bids; an issuing unit (73) that, when a charging and discharging system that can charge and discharge power receives renewable energy power on the demand side as a result of matching, issues a modifiable time division power certificate indicating that the received renewable energy power, which is renewable energy power to be received, is of renewable energy origin; and a storage unit (74) that stores the time division power certificate issued by the issuing unit (73). The issuing unit (73) discloses, in the time division power certificate, a power usage time division indicating the time zone and date/time that the renewable energy power was received.
