Abstract:

A power supply comprising a battery (4) charging power of which being used for operating various apparatus, a generator (19), a rotation supporting mechanism (14) and a rectifying section (32) serving as a charging means for converting natural energy into electric energy and storing the battery (4) with the electric energy, a charge control section (36) capable of making switching between power supply from the charging means to the power storage means and power interruption, and a low voltage charging function of an processing section (51) and a charge control drive section (45) serving as a charge switching control means for controlling the charge control section (36) such that power supply and interruption are repeated if the charging voltage is not lower than a specified level when the battery (4) is supplied with power, otherwise power supply is continued.
