Abstract:
The present application provides a power supply system and method. The power supply system comprises a first branch where a first string is located, a second branch where a second string is located, a switch unit, a first voltage compensation unit, and a controller; the switch unit is used for connecting the first voltage compensation unit to the first branch according to a voltage compensation enable signal received from the controller; the voltage compensation enable signal is generated by the controller according to working state parameters of the first string and working state parameters of the second string; and the first voltage compensation unit is used for compensating for an output voltage of the first branch. By using the present application, a voltage compensation unit is connected only to a branch where a string that requires voltage compensation is located, and is not connected to a branch where a string that does not require voltage compensation is located, so that the voltage compensation unit is prevented from causing unnecessary system loss in the branch that does not require voltage compensation, and system costs can be reduced at the same time.
