[Solution] An arbitrary one unit among DC voltage conversion devices having an output power and/or output current management means receives output power and/or output current information provided from the DC voltage conversion devices other than the arbitrary one unit, the output power and/or output current information being provided by the second DC voltage levels of the DC voltage conversion devices other than the arbitrary one unit. Based on the output power and/or output current information provided by the second DC voltage level of the arbitrary one unit, the output power and/or output current information provided by the second DC voltage levels of the DC voltage conversion devices other than the arbitrary one unit, and the total number of the units of the DC voltage conversion devices, the arbitrary one unit determines, using the output power and/or output current management means thereof, whether the DC voltage conversion devices operate or not.
