Abstract:
A precoated fin material (1) has a base material (2) and a resin film (3) provided to the base material (2). The mass per unit area of the resin film (3) is 0.2 g/m2 to 2.5 g/m2, inclusive. The precoated fin material (1) has the characteristics that: the average value of the natural potential measured in a 5 mass% NaCl aqueous solution at pH 3 from the measurement start point to the end of one hour is +0.040 V to +0.2 V, inclusive, relative to the average value of the natural potential of the base material (2); and, the angle of contact of water after immersion in running water for 10 minutes is 20° to 40°, inclusive. The resin film (3) contains a specific hydrophilic polymer (A) and a crosslinking agent (B). The hydrophilic polymer (A) is included in an amount of 60-97 parts by mass, inclusive, relative to 100 parts by mass of the total of the hydrophilic polymer (A) and the crosslinking agent (B).
