Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention makes it possible to provide an information processing system or the like which, on the basis of user information of a user who has executed locking/unlocking operation on a portable type electronic lock or work target information concerning a work target decided by the user as a target of work, enables work management of the user or the work target information. [Solution] An information processing system according to one aspect of the present invention is provided with a work situation management unit for storing, in association with at least either one of user information of a user who has executed the operation or work target information concerning a work target decided by the user as a target of work, work situation information including a work status generated on the basis of at least either one of work start information indicating that the work has been started or work end information indicating that the work has been ended in a case where unlocking operation or locking operation has been executed on a portable type electronic lock by a user terminal.
