Abstract:
A precursor of a eutectic solvent, the eutectic solvent, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The precursor of the eutectic solvent comprises a hydrogen bond receptor and a hydrogen bond donor, and the hydrogen bond receptor is complex phosphate. The complex phosphate is selected to be used as the hydrogen bond receptor and the hydrogen bond donor to prepare the eutectic solvent, and the plant food is cleaned by using the eutectic solvent, such that heavy metal elements and rare-earth elements can be effectively removed at the same time. Moreover, the average simultaneous removal rate of various heavy metal elements can reach 90% or more, and the average simultaneous removal rate of various rare-earth elements can reach 80% or more. The eutectic solvent can be used in the field of foods, is easy to dissolve in water, is easy to clean, and therefore does not remain on a vegetable food matrix, and does not cause secondary pollution to the food. The eutectic solvent is a novel non-toxic eutectic solvent that does not contain choline chloride.
