Abstract:
A prediction method and device for fiber orientation. The method comprises: obtaining a mechanical performance parameter value of a fiber composite; obtaining a change value of a fiber attribute of deformed fiber composite according to the mechanical performance parameter value; and predicting fiber orientation in a fiber composite forming process according to the change value of the fiber attribute and a preset fiber orientation model, the preset fiber orientation model representing a mapping relationship between the change value of the fiber attribute and fiber orientation after deformation of the fiber composite. According to the prediction method, due to the introduction of the preset fiber orientation model representing the mapping relationship between the change value of the fiber attribute and fiber orientation after deformation of the fiber composite, fiber orientation in the fiber composite forming process is predicted by means of the obtained fiber change value.
