This predictor creation device includes a processor that executes a program and a storage device that stores the program. The predictor creation device: acquires a correction target ensemble predictor obtained by coupling a plurality of predictors based on training data sets comprising a combination of training data and correct answer data; calculates a prediction basis characteristic relating to a feature amount of the training data for each of the plurality of predictors; as a result of the output of the calculated prediction basis characteristic relating to the feature amount, acquires an expected prediction basis characteristic relating to the feature amount based on the prediction basis characteristic relating to the feature amount; determines a coupling coefficient for each of the plurality of predictors on the basis of the prediction basis characteristic relating to the feature amount and the expected prediction basis characteristic relating to the feature amount; and corrects the correction target ensemble predictor on the basis of the coupling coefficients.
