Abstract:
A preheating-free laminator. A film feeding detection apparatus, a feed driving apparatus, a film feeding roller set and a heating assembly are electrically connected to a control apparatus, respectively; the feed driving apparatus, which has received a feeding signal, drives the film feeding roller set to perform feed cooperation; a film-passing object passes through a film feeding channel (30) under the feeding action of the film feeding roller set and enters a film pressing roller set, wherein a feeding time is t1; the heating assembly, which has received a preheating signal, operates for heating, such that the film pressing roller set is heated to a film passing temperature, wherein a heating time is t2, and the feeding time t1 and the heating time t2 satisfy the condition of t1 being greater than or equal to t2. Compared with the prior art, preheating-free and automatic shutdown functions of a laminator can be achieved, and the laminator is convenient to use and is energy-saving and environmentally-friendly.
