Abstract:
A preparation method for an antibacterial and anti-virus air purification material. The dispersity and stability of a carbon nanotube are increased by means of a surfactant and a buffer solution; a multi-layer structure is constructed on the surface of a PTFE fiber, so that the contact area with pollutants is increased, surface roughness is improved, and the loading rate and loading fastness of an antibacterial agent in a later period are increased; an organic antibacterial agent is loaded onto the carbon nanotube and the PTFE fiber by using a hydrothermal reaction, and after a PTFE film material is dried, base cloth is coated with the PTFE film material by using a high-temperature hot pressing method, so that the whole strength of the antibacterial and anti-virus air purification material is increased while air permeability and an antibacterial effect are not reduced, and the long-term stable use of the material is ensured.
