Abstract:
The present invention relates to a ceramic-based composite material turbine outer ring preform, a shaping mold, and a use method therefor, which overcome the disadvantages of high difficulty in designing a fiber preform for a ceramic-based composite material turbine outer ring, poor molding pasting uniformity of the fiber preform, and low protection of the fiber preform during demolding. The preform comprises an omega-shaped cover plate preform, an arc-shaped pipe section preform, and an arc-shaped plate preform. The foregoing type of structural design solution is not only beneficial in reducing the number of preforms and reducing the difficulty of shaping of the preforms, but also greatly improves molding pasting uniformity and the bonding strength between the preforms. The shaping mold comprises an outer molding mold and an inner molding mold. An external contour of the preform is shaped by using the form of a split mold, and a rectangular rotary cavity of a component is shaped by means of the inner molding mold. While simplifying the structure of the shaping mold and ensuring high protection of the fiber preform, mold closing and demoulding efficiency are also greatly improved, thereby reducing shaping difficulty.
