Abstract:
An antibacterial and deodorizing spandex and a preparation method therefor. An antibacterial deodorant is added to a spandex stock solution, and the antibacterial and deodorizing spandex is obtained by stirring, aging and dry spinning, wherein the antibacterial deodorizant accounts for 0.2 to 2% of the solid content of the spandex stock solution. The antibacterial deodorant refers to a sepiolite modified by chemically grafting a polyepichlorohydrin quaternary ammonium salt. The antibacterial deodorant can be evenly dispersed in the spandex stock solution, and the addition of the antibacterial deodorant has no effect on the replacement period of production equipment. On the basis of maintaining the original high elasticity and high strength of the spandex, the spandex is endowed with an excellent antibacterial and deodorizing function. The antibacterial deodorant prepared by the method can be well dispersed and stably exist, and will not agglomerate in the spandex stock solution. Compared with the existing antibacterial spandex, the prepared antibacterial and deodorizing spandex has good uniformity, antibacterial property and deodorizing performance, and has excellent washing durability.
