Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for cyclic purification of mother liquor sugar and extraction of renaudiside (RA) and stevioside (ST), comprising heating and stirring a mother liquor sugar comprising more than 70% of total glycosides with a first solvent to dissolve the mother liquor sugar, cooling and standing the resulting mixture to allow crystallization, followed by centrifugal filtration to obtain a first filter cake and a first filtrate, with the first filter cake being bake-dried and the first filtrate being spray-dried; heating and stirring the first filter cake with a second solvent under reflux, cooling the resulting mixture to room temperature, followed by centrifugal filtration to obtain a second filter cake and a second filtrate, with the second filter cake being bake dried and the second filtrate being spray dried, and the second filter cake being RA; stirring the second filtrate with a third solvent at room temperature to obtain a clear solution, followed by stirring, standing, and centrifugal filtration to obtain a third filter cake and a third filtrate, with the third filter cake being bake dried and the third filtrate being spray dried, and the third filter cake being ST; and mixing the first filtrate and the third filtrate evenly to obtain a mother liquor sugar comprising less than 70% of total glycosides, which is prepared into a sugar solution to be subjected to separation and enrichment by means of chromatography. The mother liquor sugar comprising less than 70% total glycosides is recycled to increase total glycosides therein and extract RA and ST therefrom.
