Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for a green visible light-catalyzed acetate compound. In this method, an LED lamp is used as a light source to provide energy, economically available primary, secondary, and tertiary alcohols are used as reaction substrates, cerium trifluoromethanesulfonate is used as a catalyst, and 2,3-butanedione available on the market is used as a raw material. Compared with the existing technology, the method of the present invention has the following advantages: 1) green, mild, high-efficiency, energy-saving, and environment-friendly visible light-catalyzed reaction means are used; 2) the reaction system is simple and has a wide range of substrates, primary, secondary, and tertiary alcohols all being suitable for the method; 3) no dehydrating agent is added; 4) the reaction yield is relatively high; 5) operation is relatively simple; 6) the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain; and 7) the reaction can achieve gram-level scale and later modification of drug molecules.
