Abstract:
A pipeline foreign matter detection device and detection method. The pipeline foreign matter detection device comprises: a detection cart (1); a control member (4), the control member being located in the detection cart; a robotic arm (2), one end of the robotic arm being connected to the detection cart; and an image acquisition member (3), the image acquisition member being connected to the other end of the robotic arm. The detection device and the detection method can effectively and quickly detect the metal foreign matters in a pipeline, reduce the influence of poor environment during pipeline detection and the inevitable problems of negligence, dangerousness, untraceability, etc. caused by manual detection, and provide convenience for workers.
