Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a preparation method for high-strength silk protein nanofiber hydrogel, comprising: freeze-drying an aqueous solution of high-crystallinity silk protein nanofibers and dissolving same in a formic acid solution, loading the solution into a dialysis bag or a semipermeable membrane and replacing the formic acid with the aqueous solution to obtain high-strength silk protein nanofiber hydrogel. In the method provided by the present invention, by means of dissolving high-crystallinity silk protein nanofibers in formic acid, electrostatic repulsion between fibers is reduced and a high-concentration silk protein nanofiber formic acid solution is obtained whilst the original secondary structure and morphology of the nanofibers are kept, thereby enhancing the interaction between the silk protein nanofibers; and then formic acid is removed by means of formic acid solvent replacement with water. The interaction between fibers is fixed by means of a gelation effect of the high-concentration silk protein nanofibers in an aqueous phase, so that the mechanical properties of a final hydrogel material are greatly improved.
