Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for an iron-based alloy powder EBSD test sample, pertaining to the technical field of material characterization. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing, in an electrolyte solution, electrolytic activation on iron-based alloy powder; using an absolute ethanol solution and/or an absolute methanol solution to perform ultrasonic cleaning and drying, so as to obtain standby powder; adding the standby powder to a chemical embedding solution for ultrasonic dispersion; after the ultrasonic dispersion, performing process A; and increasing the temperature to 80-92°C to perform a reaction, so as to obtain an iron-based alloy block coated with nickel, wherein the process A is as follows: the process of holding, stirring, and repeat holding is taken as a cycle, and at least one cycle of operations is performed to complete the process A. In the present invention, the acquired iron-based alloy block coated with nickel is ground and electrolytically polished, thereby obtaining an iron-based alloy powder EBSD test sample. The invention achieves the preparation of an iron-based alloy powder EBSD test sample for the first time.
