Abstract:
A preparation method for modified clay shock, comprising the following steps: 1) drying and pulverizing synthetic clay minerals, removing sand by means of multi-stage water washing, adding water to adjust a pH value to be 7±1, and stirring for reaction for 0.5-6 hours; 2) adding water for dilution to form a synthetic clay slurry having a concentration of 5%-15%, and adding calcium chloride and a soluble salt solution to obtain a modified clay shock mud; and 3) drying the modified clay shock mud and grinding same to 800 meshes, adding cellulose and a colloid stabilizer for fully mixing, so as to obtain the modified clay shock. The modified clay shock solves the problem of compatibility between traditional clay shock and sodium silicate solutions having a Baume degree lower than 40, integrally improves the shear strength of clay shock after reacting with sodium silicate solutions having different Baume degrees, and significantly saves the amount of the clay shock.
