Abstract:
A preparation method for an oil-water separation membrane based on multi-scale cellulose nanofibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a filter membrane; preparing a hydrophilic oleophobic agent; and infiltrating the filter membrane and treating the filter membrane. The preparation method is suitable for the preparation of the oil-water separation membrane based on multi-scale cellulose nanofibers; the oil-water separation membrane is prepared by attaching a uniformly distributed nanofiber solution to the surface of polyacrylonitrile fibers, and a unique hollow structure and a surface porous structure of the polyacrylonitrile fibers are used, achieving good hydrophilic and oleophobic properties; a hydrophilic and oleophobic material is prepared by coating nanofibers on a filter screen made of the polyacrylonitrile fibers, achieving efficient separation of the oil-water separation membrane; the polyacrylonitrile fiber filter screen is coated with the nanofibers, improving the water resistance of the oil-water separation membrane, and prolonging the service life of the oil-water separation membrane; and the oil-water separation membrane has good manageability when scales on the surface of the oil-water separation membrane need to be cleaned, improving the use performance of the oil-water separation membrane.
