Abstract:
A preparation method for an optically clear adhesive (OCA) having a round hole with a light-shading black edge, the method comprising the following steps: step one, attaching an OCA adhesive tape to a carrier tape; step two, performing die cutting, waste discharging and attaching on a light-shading adhesive tape; step three, performing die cutting and waste discharging on an optically clear adhesive (OCA) product; step four, performing fool-proofing detection; step five, discharging waste from a round hole and discharging air from a cross-shaped through hole of the round hole; and step six, performing final attaching, slicing and discharging. The present invention further relates to a die-cutting apparatus for an optically clear adhesive (OCA) having a round hole with a light-shading black edge. By means of the preparation method and the apparatus, the problem of light leakage at an edge of a through hole of a polarizer in an electronic product with an under-screen camera is solved, and the yield and the production efficiency of an optically clear adhesive (OCA) are improved.
