Abstract:
Disclosed is a rare metal powder preparation apparatus. The rare metal powder preparation apparatus comprises a grinding machine (200) and an iron removal device. The iron removal device comprises a box body (300), the interior of the box body (300) is divided into an iron removal chamber (320) and a storage chamber (330), a material discharge port (321) is formed on a lower inclined side of the bottom of the iron removal chamber (320), an automatic gate is arranged on an outer side of the material discharge port (321), a material-feeding hopper (340) is arranged at a position of the storage chamber (330) corresponding to the material discharge port (321) in a communicating manner, a screw material-supplying machine (400) is mounted on an outer side of a material-feeding port (360) at the top of the iron removal chamber (320), and a material input port of the screw material-supplying machine (400) is in communication with a material output port of the grinding machine (200); and the iron removal chamber (320) is provided with a conveying belt (500) obliquely arranged, one side of the conveying belt (500) inclined to the lower end thereof is positioned outside the box body (300), the conveying belt (500) is of a mesh belt structure, a plurality of soft magnetic strips (510) are arranged on an outer wall face of the conveying belt (500), and a clearing structure (600) used for clearing and collecting iron scraps is arranged below the bottom of the lower inclined end of the conveying belt (500), wherein the clearing structure can attract and clear the iron scraps in a metal powder, and remove the iron scraps attached to the clearing structure, such that a good attraction effect is maintained, thereby carrying out continuous iron removal work and improving the working efficiency.
