Abstract:
A preparation method for a picometer-scale cell extract, comprising: a ) freezing and fixing an animal tissue, and slicing same to obtain slices having a thickness of 2 to 100 μm; b) mixing said slices with water, and oscillating the resultant to obtain a cell suspension; c) performing intermittent ultrasound at a temperature of 4 °C to 10 °C for 10 to 15 min, and centrifuging the cell suspension to obtain a supernatant; and d) filtering the supernatant and collecting the filtrate, so as to obtain a picometer-scale cell extract. The cell extract obtained by means of the method is a picometer-scale cell extract, which is easier to be absorbed by human skin. Furthermore, the cell extract contains a plurality of active ingredients, and thus can promote the repair of injured cells in skin, being widely usedin the technical field of skin injury repair promotion and anti-aging.
