Abstract:
A preparation method for a self-floating transparent nano-ultrathin film. The preparation method comprises four steps: S1, preparing an MXene film layer on a substrate material, S2, subjecting a nano-ultrathin film layer to suction filtration, S3, carrying out oxidation and bubble generation, and S4, carrying out liquid phase separation, wherein the thickness of the obtained nano-ultrathin film is 15-120 nm, and the light transmittance is 50-95%. The MXene film layer and the nano-ultrathin film layer are loaded on the substrate material, and oxidation is then performed and bubbles are generated on the MXene film layer by means of the permeation effect of an oxidizing agent, such that the substrate material and the nano-ultrathin film layer are separated. By regulating the loading amount, specific thickness and light transmittance are obtained, and the substrate material can be repeatedly used, has a wide application range and strong plasticity.
