Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of chemical pharmacy, and in particular, to a preparation method for 3,5-dihalobenzotrifluoride, comprising: using 3,5-dihalo-4-aminotrifluorotoluene as a raw material, and subjecting same to diazotization deamination reaction to obtain 3,5-dihalobenzotrifluoride. The preparation method has low production cost, and thus has relatively good economic effect. The present application also relates to a preparation method for 3'-chloro-5'-(trifluoromethyl)phenyltrifluoroethanone, wherein 3,5-dihalobenzotrifluoride is used as a raw material, and is subjected to a Grignard reagent reaction, and then undergoes a nucleophilic addition reaction together with a trifluoromethylation reagent. This preparation method also has good economic effect.
