Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an FXR (farnesoid X receptor) small molecule agonist and a preparation method therefor, the structure thereof being as shown in formula I. The definitions of the substituent groups are as set forth in the description. The compound of the present invention has the advantages of high FXR agonist activity, simple synthesis, and easily available raw materials, and can be used in drugs for the treatment of FXR-related diseases.
