PREPARATION FOR PERIODONTAL TISSUES, AND KIT INCLUDING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/220179
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a novel preparation for periodontal tissues, which enables a treatment to be performed by a simple operation, can achieve high periodontal tissue regeneration performance, and can achieve a high regeneration effect from an initial stage of the treatment. [Solution] The present invention relates to a preparation for periodontal tissues, which comprises a culture supernatant and hyaluronic acid. In particular, in the preparation for periodontal tissues according to the present invention, the culture supernatant can be produced by a method comprising a first culture step for culturing cells using a first culture medium, a second culture step for culturing the cells using, as a culture medium, a second culture medium that is different from the first culture medium subsequent to the first culture step, and a step for producing a culture supernatant containing the second culture medium subsequent to the second culture step, the second culture medium can contain calcium ions and a buffer, and the buffer can be selected from Good's buffers and can be particularly HEPES.
