Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation process for a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, the steps thereof being as follows: qualified high-quality medicinal slices are selected, mixed according to the proportion of a prescription, added with water according to a certain proportion and soaked for 30 minutes, and then heated until boiling, kept boiling with a soft fire for 10-60 minutes, and sifted; impurities and macromolecules of a filtrate are removed through centrifugation, and a clarified extraction liquid is obtained, the clarified extraction liquid is concentrated to a certain relative density through concentration under reduced pressure and at a low-temperature, a certain proportion of auxiliary materials or no auxiliary materials are added into the concentrated liquid, the auxiliary materials and the concentrated liquid are mixed evenly, the mixture is quickly dried into a powder through spray drying, the powder is prepared into granules, the overall quality of the obtained granules is controlled, a feature fingerprint spectrum control method is established based on a standard decoction, and the product quality is comprehensively monitored. The invention changes the clinical application mode of a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, has advantages such as being stable in quality, convenient to carry and long in shelf life, and has better clinical application value and market promotion value.
