Title:
PREPARATION FOR PROMOTING WOUND HEALING AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USAGE METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/037388
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation for promoting wound healing, comprising a cell culture medium. The cell culture medium is formed by cultivating transfected endothelial precursor cells, and the transfected endothelial precursor cells are formed by transfecting let-7g microRNAs into endothelial precursor cells. The method for preparing the preparation for promoting wound healing comprises a separation step, a transfecting step and a cultivation step. The separation step being separating mononuclear cells from human whole blood, and inoculating the mononuclear cells on the human-fibronectin-coated plate to obtain the endothelial precursor cells. The transfecting step being transfecting let-7g microRNAs into endothelial precursor cells to obtain the transfected endothelial precursor cells. The cultivation step being cultivating the transfected endothelial precursor cells for a pre-determined time to obtain the preparation for promoting wound healing.
