Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of vortex blowers, and in particular to a pressure-adjustable vortex blower, comprising: a blower body; an air inlet, the air inlet being fixedly connected to the lower portion of the blower body, and a filter screen being fixedly mounted at the air inlet; a dust removal device, the dust removal device comprising a scraping plate, the scraping plate being in contact with the air inlet side of the filter screen, and the scraping plate being rotatably connected to the filter screen; and a dust collection cover, the dust collection cover being fixedly mounted on the outer side of the air inlet. In order to solve the problems that time and labor are wasted due to the fact that a blower needs to be shut down regularly to clean and replace a filter screen, and the production efficiency is affected due to the fact that the blower needs to be shut down when the filter screen is replaced, in the present invention, by providing the dust removal device, the vortex blower can be cleaned when the vortex blower works, so that operation and use are convenient, the frequency of shutdown and maintenance is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; moreover, cleaned impurities are collected, so that environment pollution is avoided, and a good working environment is provided for workers.
