Abstract:
An air ring type air blower comprises a pump housing (1), an anti-vibration base (2), an air inlet pipe (3), an air outlet pipe (4), a motor (6), a cooling grate (33) and a cooler (5). The cooling grate (33) consists of multiple grating bars (331). Cavities (332) are embedded in the grating bars (331). Water inlets and water outlets of the cavities (332) are connected to the cooler (5). The cooler (5) pumps cold water into the water inlets, water flows in the cavities (332) and is heated to become hot water, and then the hot water enters the cooler (5) through the water outlets. Repeated cooling circulations performed by the cooler (5) enables water to take away heat on the surface of the grating bars (331) such that the cooling grate (33) reduces the temperature inside a pipe body, thereby preventing rising temperature inside the pump from causing problems that compromise the service life of the fan, such as reduced fan efficiency, dry bearing lubrication and changes in the working state.
