Abstract:
The invention discloses a pressure drop control system and a control method of a feed distributor (10) of a fluidized bed reactor (100). The system comprises a measurement unit (5) measuring a pressure drop between a first pressure measurement port (2) and a second pressure measurement port (3) of the feed distributor (10); and a transmission unit communicating with the measurement unit (5). The first pressure measurement port (2) is located at an inlet pipeline of the feed distributor (10) close to a fluidized bed reactor wall (4), and the second pressure measurement port (3) is located at the fluidized bed reactor wall (4) between a gas distribution plate (6) of the fluidized bed reactor (100) and gas outlets of a nozzle of the feed distributor (10). The transmission unit acquires a pressure drop measurement signal, and a processing unit determines, according to the pressure drop measurement signal, whether a working state of the feed distributor (10) is normal.
