Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a pressure maintaining apparatus for earphone shell flat cable assembling, comprising a shell positioning assembly and a pressure maintaining assembly. The pressure maintaining assembly comprises a pressure maintaining air pouch, a slide control mechanism, an air pouch positioning mechanism and a fluid control assembly; the pressure maintaining air pouch comprises a pressure maintaining portion, and the fluid control assembly is communicated with the pressure maintaining air pouch for delivering a fluid to the pressure maintaining air pouch, so that the pressure maintaining portion expands from an original state to a pressure maintaining state; the outer diameter of the pressure maintaining portion in the original state is smaller than that of an assembling opening of an earphone shell; and when the pressure maintaining portion is located in the earphone shell in the pressure maintaining state, a flat cable is abutted against the inner wall of the earphone shell. By continuously maintaining pressure after the earphone flat cable is mounted by using an expandable pressure maintaining air pouch, sufficient pressure can be fully applied to the flat cable located in the narrow space, so that the flat cable attachment effect is good, and the efficiency and stability of earphone assembling are significantly improved.
