Abstract:
In order to suppress pressure plate heat generation as well as sufficiently release pressure plate heat and inhibit the pressure plate from reaching high temperatures, this pressure plate (22) comprises a ring-shaped main body section (31) and coupling sections (32). The coupling sections (32) are provided protruding from the main body section (31) in the outer circumferential direction and have one end of a strap plate (41) coupled thereto. The main body section (31) has a friction surface (31a), a plurality of protruding sections (31b), and an inner circumferential-side uneven section (31c). The friction surface (31a) is formed on a first side surface facing a fly wheel (1) and has a friction facing (36) pressed thereupon. The plurality of protruding sections (31b) are formed protruding from a second side surface on the opposite side to the first side surface and support a diaphragm spring (23). The inner circumferential-side uneven section (31c) is formed in at least part of the inner circumferential side of the friction surface (31a) in the circumferential direction and has a plurality of protrusions and recessed sections in the surface thereof.
