Abstract:

A pressure-resistant basic lid, an easy-open lid, and a zip-top can having the easy-open lid. A can sealing area, a countersunk segment, an embedded-ring circular arc segment (R7), an embedded-ring upward extending segment, and a center lid surface are sequentially arranged on a cross section of the basic lid from the periphery to the center; the countersunk segment further comprises a sixth circular arc segment (R6) and a second linear segment (L2), the sixth circular arc segment (R6) is tangent to the second linear segment (L2), and the second linear section (L2) is tangent to the embedded-ring circular arc segment (R7); the center (Y6) of the sixth circular arc segment (R6) is located under the upper surface (L4) of the center lid surface. According to the present invention, the probability of occurrence of rupture due to failure in pressure resisting is reduced to 0.05-2.5%, thereby greatly improving the safety in use.
