Title:
PRESSURE-TYPE FOOD WASTE DECOMPOSING APPARATUS USING CONJUGATED ENZYMES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/182811
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pressure-type food waste decomposing apparatus using conjugated enzymes, stirring and pulverizing food waste by means of a stirring fan while the food waste is put therein through a decomposition chamber input hole and air is supplied by pressurization into the decomposition chamber, removing, through a moisture removal and liquefaction device at the upper end thereof, water generated while the food waste is decomposed through fermented enzymes contained in a sawdust medium for the growth of microorganisms, exhausting smells and dust through an exhaust pipe, and transferring the food waste toward the center portion thereof by means of a transfer fan inclined at 45 degrees, while crushing the food waste into small pieces with crushing fans and crushing blades of the stirring fan. The present invention has a hot air supplier (5) provided below a control board (3), has an outlet (6) at the lower portion of the decomposition chamber (13), distributes, by means of a distributor (7), hot air supplied from the hot air supplier (5), so as to supply same to the decomposition chamber (13) through a hot air supply pipe (8), stirs and pulverizes, by means of the stirring fan (20), the waste put into the decomposition chamber (13), immediately removes, through the moisture removal and liquefaction device (17), the water generated while the waste, which is organic matter, is decomposed by the conjugated enzymes, feeds and discharges a refrigerant through a refrigerant input port (10) and a refrigerant discharge port (11) at one side of the moisture removal and liquefaction device (17), immediately drains, to the outside through a drain port (12), the water removed by the moisture removal and liquefaction device (17), and has an exhaust ventilator (15) and the exhaust pipe (4) provided on the other side of the moisture removal and liquefaction device (17), so as to exhaust smells, dust and the like generated in the decomposition chamber (13).
