Abstract:
Provided are a prestressed concrete support pile and a production method therefor, comprising a wave-shaped concrete pile body and a connecting plate. At least one end surface of the wave-shaped concrete pile body has mounted a connecting plate, and a profile of the connecting plate is smaller than that of the concrete pile body. The outer diameter of the connecting plate is smaller than the outer diameter of a cross section of the wave-shaped concrete pile body, and the inner diameter of the cross section of the concrete pile body is smaller than the inner diameter of the connecting plate. The present invention is characterized by a simple structure, high horizontal bearing capacity, low costs, high construction efficiency, etc., is manufactured by factory prefabricated production, and is delivered to the construction site for direct construction after reaching curing strength, so that manufacturing procedures such as on-site rotary excavation, cage placement and concrete pouring can be reduced, lowering on-site labor costs of the construction site.
