Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a novel preventive and/or therapeutic agent for a motor neuron disease; and a pharmaceutical composition containing said preventive and/or therapeutic agent. The present invention includes a preventive and/or therapeutic agent which is for a motor neuron disease and contains, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by general formula (I) (in the formula, R represents hydrogen, a chain-like or cyclic hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent, or a heterocyclic group which may have a substituent, and Ar1 and Ar2 are the same as or different from each other, and represent a homocyclic group or a heterocyclic group which may have a substituent).
