Abstract:
The present invention discloses primers, a probe and a kit for detecting an NDRG4 gene methylation for early diagnosis of an intestinal cancer. The primers are NDRG4-1FP and NDRG4-1RP, the nucleotide sequences thereof being set forth in SEQ ID NOs. 1 and 2 respectively. The probe is NDRG4-2Pb, the nucleotide sequence thereof being set forth in SEQ ID NO. 3. The kit comprises the primers and the probe. The primers and the probe are used to establish a set of systems and procedures for detecting the NDRG4 gene methylation and to prepare the kit. The primers, the probe and the kit are highly sensitive and specific for detecting the NDRG4 gene methylation, can accurately and specifically diagnose an early intestinal cancer, and provide an easily operable and fast detection method. The present invention offers great significance and application prospect for early diagnosis and screening of an intestinal cancer.
