Abstract:
Provided are a printed circuit board, a backboard architecture system and a communication device. The printed circuit board comprises a plurality of layer structures which are arranged in a stacked manner, and the printed circuit board has an arrangement face. The arrangement face is provided with a differential pair unit and a shielding structure for shielding the differential pair unit. The differential pair unit comprises two signal via holes, each signal via hole passes through the plurality of layer structures, and a grounding layer through which each signal via hole passes is provided with an anti-pad corresponding to the signal via hole, so as to prevent the signal via hole from being grounded. Two anti-pads are spaced apart by some of the metal of the grounding layer. Each signal corresponds to one anti-pad, and the anti-pads are spaced apart by a grounding layer, such that a signal of a signal via hole or an interlayer wire interfering with a wire after the signal passes through an anti-pad is reduced, and the problem of crosstalk in a printed circuit board is ameliorated. Crosstalk between a differential pair unit and another differential pair unit is reduced by means of a shielding structure, such that the problem of crosstalk in the printed circuit board is ameliorated, thereby facilitating the dense arrangement of jacks in the printed circuit board.
