Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a printed circuit board which has a degree of freedom in circuit design and for which connection failures of circuits are unlikely to occur. [Solution] A center interlayer circuit 11, an upper surface side interlayer circuit 12, and a lower surface side interlayer circuit 13 are formed from an integrated conductor that has no connection surfaces. Additionally, a connection surface 33 between the upper surface side interlayer circuit 12 and an upper surface side top layer circuit 14 and a connection surface 34 between the lower surface side interlayer circuit 13 and a lower surface side top layer circuit 15 do not have a connection surface therebetween in the plate thickness direction, and as a result thereof, an excellent connection state is achieved. Therefore, a connection failure is less likely to occur in a first circuit 10. Additionally, the upper surface side interlayer circuit 12 and the lower surface side interlayer circuit 13 can be disposed so that the positions thereof are offset in the planar direction of the printed circuit board, and as a result thereof, the degree of freedom in circuit design is improved. Planar circuits 24, 16 that do not connect to the first circuit can be disposed below the upper surface-side interlayer circuit 12 or above the lower surface-side interlayer circuit 13, in a state of sandwiching insulating layers 31, 32 therebetween.
