Abstract:
A plurality of insulating body layers include a first insulating body layer, a second insulating body layer, and a third insulating body layer. One main surface of the first insulating body layer is positioned on a first ground conductor side and the other main surface of the first insulating body layer abuts one main surface of the second insulating body layer. The other main surface of the second insulating body layer abuts a signal conductor and one main surface of the third insulating body layer. One main surface of the third insulating body layer abuts the signal conductor and the other main surface of the third insulating body layer is positioned on a second ground conductor side. A dielectric constant averaged between the signal conductor and the first ground conductor, including a first dielectric constant for the first insulating body layer and a second dielectric constant for the second insulating body layer, is smaller than a dielectric constant averaged between the signal conductor and the second ground conductor, including a third dielectric constant for the third insulating body layer. The second dielectric constant for a second resin layer is smaller than the first dielectric constant for a first resin layer. The distance between the signal conductor and the first ground conductor is shorter than the distance between the signal conductor and the second ground conductor.
