Abstract:
The probe according to the present disclosure includes: a first electrode connected to a first capacitor having a known capacitance value; a second electrode connected to a second capacitor having a known capacitance value; a third electrode having the same potential as that of the first electrode; and a fourth electrode having the same potential as that of the second electrode. The first electrode, the second electrode, the third electrode, and the fourth electrode are electrically insulated from one another. Between the first electrode and the second electrode, the third electrode and the fourth electrode are arranged. The third electrode is arranged next to the first electrode, and the fourth electrode is arranged next to the second electrode.
