Abstract:
A process for centrifugally casting a high-nitrogen austenitic stainless steel pipe at normal pressure, comprising the following steps: S1, material preparation; S2, addition of metal materials; S3, addition of nitrogen elements; S4, molten steel pouring for steel pipe casting; S5, surface anti-corrosive treatment; and S6, cooling. The casting process is simple with fewer procedures, and can be performed at normal pressure, thereby achieving low energy consumption, and can increase nitrogen content of the steel pipe, reduce the overflow of nitrogen gas during the casting process, and effectively enhance the strength of the steel pipe.
