Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present application is a process parameter optimization method, for use in improving industrial production indexes. The method according to the embodiments of the present application comprises: receiving a process parameter group configured by a user and a constraint condition for a parameter in the process parameter group, wherein the process parameter group comprises one or more parameters influencing industrial production; determining an initial value of the process parameter group according to the constraint condition of the process parameter group; determining an optimization objective of an industrial production index, wherein the industrial production index comprises one or more of the following indexes in industrial production: an energy consumption index, a yield index, and a quality index; and executing an optimization algorithm on the basis of the initial value of the process parameter group and the optimization objective to obtain a set value of the process parameter group, wherein the set value of the process parameter group is used for adjusting the parameter in industrial production.
