Abstract:
A process for producing an antibody composition with the use of cells characterized by using cells tolerant to a lectin recognizing a sugar chain structure in which an &agr -bond is formed between the 6-position of N-acetylglucosamine at the reducing end of an N-glycoside bond-type complex sugar chain and the 1-position of fucose; and cell usable in this process.
