Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for producing color-changed leather, comprising the following steps: preparing a base fabric; automatically feeding the fabric through an unreeling machine, and putting the base fabric in a baking device for preheating; coating a layer of polyurethane adhesive on an outer layer of the base fabric to form an adhesive layer; coating a PVC foaming layer on the adhesive layer; coating a layer of surface treating agent on the PVC foaming layer, and forming a PVC surface layer after the surface treating agent is dried; coating a layer of water soluble resin and one or more pigments on the surface of the PVC surface layer to form a water soluble resin layer; and scrubbing the water soluble resin layer with scrubbing water to form local color changing. According to the present invention, an effect of local color changing of the leather is achieved by scrubbing the water soluble resin layer with the scrubbing water, and colors can be matched in a diversified manner, so that practicality is wider. All solvents for polymerizing the water soluble resin use non-toxic highly-volatile solvents, so that it is safe and environmental-friendly.
