Abstract:
A process for producing a macromolecule-identifying polymer which comprises: a step in which a starting-material monomer is polymerized in an aqueous solution in the presence of a macromolecule, crosslinking agent, and free-radical polymerization initiator to obtain a polymer having the macromolecule inside; and a step in which the macromolecule is removed from the macromolecule-containing polymer to obtain a macromolecule-identifying polymer having a template having the shape of the molecule of the macromolecule. The process is characterized in that the crosslinking agent has a solubility in 25°C water of 100 mass % or higher.
